bus bridges are in place from beach and hyde to washington and powell. plan for that if you take the powell-hyde line. capitol corridor train number 520 out of oakland up to 20 minutes late this morning. so getting busy. elsewhere as you work your way through the altamont pass one of our hot spots no accidents but it's slow as you work your way westbound. altamont pass towards livermore, and towards 680. eastbound some slight delays as you work your way through livermore, as well. 26 minutes now from the altamont pass to 680. looks like antioch loaded up, as well. one of our hot spots westbound 4 slow and go through antioch gets better once you hit the eastshore freeway. a closure on one-way traffic control happening at devil's slide today. we have some video of the area. one-way traffic will be in effect between linda mar and the northport tal bridge area of devil's slide. parts of highway one will be closed to prepare for the next storm. that's 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. >>> folks around the bay area today we have some more rain coming in our direction a lot of
